What methods of payment do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, and we also accept credit cards over the phone if you
would prefer to conduct the transaction that way. See our Contact Page for
more information on how to reach us.
We also accept payment by cheque, but do not currently offer a facility to place orders this way
on this site. Please Contact Us by phone to arrange the order and subsequent
payment. You may also mail the cheque, along with the order, directly to us.
Do your prices include GST?
All prices on www.jimscellars.com are both GST inclusive and
quoted in Australian dollars. Please note that prices are subject to change depending on stock levels and
vintages.
What do you charge for delivery?
Please see the Delivery Charges calculator, at the top of this page, to calculate your delivery charges. Note that
bonus items do not count towards your total for delivery.
I notice you need cookies to use your site, aren't cookies dangerous?
In short, no. A cookie is a harmless text file that can easily opened and read using Windows Notepad.
It does not allow us to track your movements on the web, or to capture passwords or credit card details we're
not supposed to see. You do, however, need cookies in order to use our shopping cart feature. If you're
interested in purchasing some wine from us, but do not have cookies enabled, you can phone us to place an order.

What security do you use?
We use an industry standard 128 bit encryption technique to encode your personal/credit card details. When you are
begin to use the checkout feature for the first time, locate the padlock symbol (usually located in the bottom
right of the screen), and click on it to find out more about the certificate we use. Again, if you are worried about
the security of our site, feel free to phone or fax us with your order. Phone and fax details are found
